Through movement and breath, I reconnect with myself and the world around me. My body becomes part of the landscape, both fragile and free. These images trace a dialogue between self and soil, control and surrender — a space where I allow myself to simply be, to play, and to invite others into that sense of openness.

I return to the forest — again and again. There, I can breathe fully, fill my lungs, and feel the lightness in my mind. It is a place that receives me without asking, yet reminds me not to take its presence for granted.

Sometimes I’ve neglected it, like a friend left waiting too long. Still, the forest remains
— patient, alive, forgiving.
